Product Advantages

NJYC Molecular sieve 3A for IG can deeply co-adsorb the resident moisture and organics in insulating glass, keep the insulating glass clear and transparent even at very low temperature.

The product’s adsorption lifetime can meet more than 20years and keep the dew point ≤-60℃ (standard≤-40℃)

The product pore size about 0.28nm,only absorb water, it can successfully avoid the tremendous air pressure unbalancely placed on the glasses, which was superposed by seasons of day-night temperature changing. Thus it resolves the problems of windows distortion caused by insulating glass inflation and shrink, expanded the life span of insulating glass windows.

he product comply with RoHS directive ,Does not contain any toxic, harmful, heavy metals and other corrosive substances which ensure the safety of aluminum pacer bar and keep it shine ,never become yellow color,rusting and corruption.

Most of common desiccant manufacturer use the coal as the calcination fuel, there will be a lot of SO2 released during the coal burning,when the SO2 was absorbed by the aluminum spacer bar will become sulphuric acid which has strong corrosivity, make the spacer bar become yellow color,rusting and even corrupted and finally reduced the IG life time.

Most of common desiccant pore size more than 20nm,so it will not only absorb the water but also the air ,when the temperature changes, the windows glass will distort,leak,not sealing caused by insulating glass inflation and shrink.

The true 3A molecular sieve can keep effective more than 20years while the common desiccant only 2-3years so the IG window glass inner surface will be dewing after long time.

Storage:

Avoid damping and any adsorption of water or organic substance before use.
